People needed reliable toner, and Kraise Global founder Chris, through continuous experimentation, invested in building the first toner processing plant in the suburbs of Beijing, named He Ruixiang.This name signifies best wishes and expectations for both clients and oneself.

Upgraded toner packaging technology has driven rapid business growth

At the time, toner filling relied mainly on manual filling, which was detrimental to worker health. Kraise Global then began developing automated filling systems, which were put into operation a year and a half after the factory went into production. This significantly improved the filling efficiency of bottled toner while reducing health risks to workers, making Kraise the largest toner supplier in North China.

Kraise Global releases copier parts & consumables

We recognized the vast potential of the copier parts and consumables market and subsequently developed related products. At that time, the printer business was already generating revenue for Kraise, and we reinvested 30% of our profits into R&D. We firmly believe that innovation is the company’s primary driving force.

Kraise Global has established a fuser film production line

After three years of research and development, Kraise Global established its second independent fusing film production line, making toner and fusing film its two major business segments. The establishment of the fusing film production line provided Kraise with valuable experience in materials science, particularly in the research of tough and thermally conductive materials, laying the foundation for subsequent research and development of other components.

After a lengthy period of technical validation, Kraise began producing copier parts and components, signifying that it has mastered mass production technology for everything from gears to components. Through continuous process optimization, it has improved production efficiency and quality.
